Creamy, crunchy and chocolatey! These frozen yogurt cups are made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder and delicious Naú baked seed mix with raisins and yogurt drops.
Topped with melted semi sweet chocolate it makes the perfect bite and a healthy snack. Who’s trying this? 🍫❄️ Frozen Yogurt Cups with Nut Mix
1 cup Greek Yogurt
3 tbs smooth peanut butter
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs protein powder
12 oz semis sweet chocolate, for melting
Naú Baked Seed Mix with Raisins and Yogurt Drops
12 muffin silicone molds Add yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and protein powder to a medium bowl and mix until completely combined.
Place the silicone muffin molds on a baking sheet or mold that will fit in your freezer.
Add 1 tbsp of the Naú seed mix to the bottom of each silicone muffin mold. Using a spoon, fill each one about ¾ full with the yogurt mix.
Gently tap the baking sheet or mold so that the yogurt mix settles properly. Freeze until solid, at least 2 hours or overnight.
Chop some of the Naú seed mix and set aside. Melt the chocolate until completely liquid. Using a spoon pour it over the frozen yogurt mix, making sure to completely cover the top. Quicky add some of the chopped Naú nut mix on top, as garnish.
Return to the freezer until the chocolate is solidified. Remove the silicone mold and enjoy. #homemadetreats #frozenyogurtcups
