Foodies Freebie: September 2011 Desktop Calendar

Guatemalan’s celebrate our independence day on September 15th, so this month we are featuring a more folkloric and traditional photograph for our Foodies Freebie Desktop Calendar. We took this picture while preparing Tamalitos de Chipilín. These are Corn Husks, which we used to prepare one of our featured dishes to celebrate our Nation’s Independence.
