This post is also available in / Esta entrada también está disponible en ESPAÑOL (SPANISH)
Made with Fuji Washington apples, carrots, oats, peanut butter, and eggs, these treats are packed with goodness and are pup-approved! Apples are a great source of fiber and vitamins for dogs, and paired with carrots and oats, they make a tail-wagging snack. Just be sure to use xylitol-free peanut butter!
Someone was VERY happy with the results! Would your pup love these?
Tips: Store them in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze them in a sealed bag or container for up to 3 months. Just thaw before serving!

1 cup grated Fuji Washington apple
1 ¼ cups grated carrots
1 ¼ cups quick-cooking oats
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol free)
2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two 9×13 baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix the grated apple, grated carrots, and oats in a large mixing bowl.
- In a second bowl, whisk the peanut butter and eggs until thoroughly combined. Pour them into the apple mixture and stir all the ingredients together.
- Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of batter in a ball and place onto the prepared baking sheets. Flatten each treat until they are ½-inch thick.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until the treats begin to brown around the edges and are firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving to a wire rack to cool entirely.
