Noodles with Peanut Sauce
This post is also available in / Esta entrada también está disponible en ESPAÑOL (SPANISH)
Some recipes are all about simplicity, and these quick and delicious peanut noodles prove that you don’t need a long list of ingredients to make something incredibly satisfying. With a creamy, nutty sauce balanced by soy sauce, honey, and a touch of heat, these noodles come together in minutes—perfect for a busy weeknight or a last-minute craving. The secret to the rich, silky sauce is using a bit of the starchy pasta water, which helps everything cling beautifully to the noodles without being too heavy.
Garnished with crunchy peanuts and fresh green onions, this dish is packed with flavor and texture in every bite. You can keep it mild or turn up the heat with a generous drizzle of sriracha, making it easy to customize. Serve it as a quick lunch, a simple dinner, or even a side dish to a larger meal. However, you enjoy it, one thing is certain—these peanut noodles will become a staple in your kitchen!
We usually enjoy this recipe on weekends paired with a fresh cucumber salad. We hope you try it!
