This is a great recipe for the holidays! It brings together the comforting flavors of roasted sweet potatoes, creamy ricotta, and the natural sweetness of Red California Grapes. Red grapes are an incredible addition to roasted dishes, as the high heat brings out their caramelized notes while concentrating their natural sugars. Paired with a drizzle of honey and warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, these grapes turn a simple baked sweet potato into a nutrient-dense, flavor-packed dish that’s perfect for the holiday season or a cozy family dinner.
