As the weather cools down, a bright, refreshing mocktail is a perfect way to bring a bit of summer into the season! This Green Grape Mojito Mocktail highlights juicy, sweet-tart Green Grapes from California, adding a fresh and unexpected flavor twist. Muddling the grapes with mint and lime creates a vibrant base, while a touch of simple syrup adds the right hint of sweetness. Topped with sparkling water, this drink is light, bubbly, and perfect for cozy evenings or gatherings. It’s a fun, non-alcoholic twist on a classic, and it’s just as fun to make as it is to enjoy!

You can adjust the amount of simple syrup to your liking. It is easy to make, just mix equal parts of water and sugar in a small pot and heat until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool before using it in your beverages.
