Don Julio Tequila is one of the most recognized and sought after brands in the market. To conmemorate 60 years of producing their legendary tequilas, the brand presents the market with Don Julio 1942 by bottling it in a bottle shaped like an agave leaf.
This is a special tequila produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years, it is also hand crafted as a tribute to the year in which the founder, Julio Gonzalez, started his tequila producing journey.
This is a sipping tequila, with a sweet, complex taste and a velvety mouthfeel. It is best enjoyed neat served in a champagne flute, or on the rocks.
The flavor profile of Don Julio 1942 can be divided into three categories:
Nose
Caramel and chocolate notes.
