Cinnamon Washington Apple Toast

This bread toast with pan-cooked apples with cinnamon, sugar and a little butter is a treat that you can enjoy as part of your breakfast, or for a snack. It is delicious with Washington Gala, Fuji or Granny Smith apples.
This time we used Fuji apples, which we really like because they have a sweet flavor and at the same time their texture is firm, and they look great in recipes that require cooking them.
We recommend that the bread be sourdough, or whole wheat. This is so that when you toast it and spread it with the ricotta cheese and place the apple mixture on top, it does not fall apart.
