Roasted Ranch Nut Mix

You’ll want to keep this snack handy for the weekend! It’s a mixture of nuts and cashew seeds blended with various spices and herbs. It’s all binded together with avocado oil and bake for 20 minutes.
You can add any other of your favorite spices, such as a bit of chili powder, or swap some of the herbs for dried basil, for example.
We chose Japanese nuts, salted peanuts, and cashews because they are our favorite varieties. You can add any of your favorites.
We only added ½ tsp of salt because the peanuts are already salty, you can start out with a little less salt to your taste.
