Today we share an easy recipe you can serve during the holidays: Festive skewers with brie cheese, Washington Granny Smith Apples @manzanaswashington, and ham, along with grapes and arugula, dressed up with honey or balsamic glaze.
A great addition to your holiday gatherings menu! You just need a handful of ingredients and you’re set to go. You can use prosciutto or serrano ham, the combination of flavors in these skewers is amazing! You have the delicious tartness from the apples, the smoky saltiness from the ham followed by the creamy soft flavor from the brie cheese. Don’t skip on the arugula! its peppery freshness rounds up all the flavors and the dark grape gives it a sweet touch.
When serving, drizzle with honey, hot honey, or balsamic glaze. You will love them and so will your guests!
