Apple Brie Crostini
This post is also available in / Esta entrada también está disponible en ESPAÑOL (SPANISH)
Easy and elegant, Washington Red Delicious apples are thinly sliced and placed atop melted brie over crisp crostini. Season with salt and pepper, some fresh thyme, and the finishing touch: a drizzle of honey. Make this for your next gathering, your guests will love it!
To keep the apples from browning, you can submerge them in seltzer for 10-12 minutes. This will also keep them looking fresh while your guests are enjoying them, although we don’t think they will last long!
We used Red Delicious apples for this recipe, but you can also use Gala or Fuji varieties.
