Little Foodies: Unicorn Hot Chocolate

Just adding the word unicorn to something instantly makes it seem magical. This hot drink is nothing more than milk with melted white chocolate, which makes it delicious and creamy. But to give it the magic touch, just add a couple of drops of vegetable dye, marshmallows and sprinkles to decorate.
The first time we tried this drink was a while ago, when Kristen was sick with the flu, and although maybe she did not feel so bad, she could not go out, and for any child the boredom of being sick is having to stay in the house keeping rest. To raise her spirits, I prepared this hot drink and along with her favorite movie, she passed the time with a little more comfort.
This recipe is enough for one mug, but it can easily be doubled. When heating your milk together with the chocolate chips, let it just heat enough to melt the chocolate, but don’t let it boil.
At Almacenes Siman we found beautiful details that can make snack time special. They have unicorn mugs, and we found a variety of decorations with LED lights, like the rainbow one you see in the photos. There are also cushions that give a happy detail to any room, not everything is unicorn themed, you can find items with different characters, for both girls and boys.
